Get in touch. ## Getting started How a project begins, how we set the price, payment, and which path fits you. ### Where do we start? With a short conversation: you tell us about your business and where you want to go. For the Brand Kit, you place the order and fill in a short brief. For custom projects, we book a discovery call and you get a pitch deck with the strategy, scope, and investment. [See how we work](/en/proces). ### How do you set the price? The Brand Kit is a fixed price (€149). Custom projects are quoted by scope, once we understand what you need. Price depends on the number of pages, design and content complexity, platform, integrations, and support. [See pricing](/en/preturi). ### What's the minimum custom project budget? Custom projects start from €1,000. Below that, the Brand Kit is usually the better fit. ### Do you offer individual services separately? Usually, no. Custom work is scoped around the outcome you need, not around isolated tasks. A website, brand system, or online store needs several connected services to work properly, so we combine them into one clear project scope. For smaller needs, the Brand Kit may be a better fit. ### How do payments and invoicing work? For the Brand Kit you get the invoice by email and pay it by bank transfer, no card. For custom projects, payment is staged across milestones (for example a deposit at the start and the rest along the way or on delivery), all invoiced. ## Brand Kit & websites What's in the fixed-price kit, the website options, domains, hosting, maintenance, and revisions. ### What's included in the Brand Kit? Logo, color palette, fonts, social templates, business card, brand guide, and source files: 10 deliverables, in Romanian and English. [See the Brand Kit page](/en/brand-kits) for the full list. ### Can I add a website to the Brand Kit? Yes. You can add a presentation page (€250, one-time) or a website we manage (€58/month). These are simple, landing-page style sites. For something more complex, choose a Custom Solution. ### Do you help with domains and hosting? Yes. The subscription site (€58/month) includes hosting and maintenance. The €250 presentation page stays online at no monthly cost and with no maintenance. For custom projects, hosting is set in the quote. In all cases you buy and pay for the domain yourself (we send connection instructions); we don't buy it for you. If the domain lapses, the site stays on a temporary address until you reconnect it. ### Do you offer maintenance after launch? For websites on a subscription (the managed Brand Kit site at €58/month, or a custom site we maintain) we keep the site running. Content changes, new images, or extra pages are quoted separately. ### How many revision rounds are included? The Brand Kit includes 2 rounds of revisions. Standard custom projects include unlimited revisions, within the agreed scope. ### Do I have to be in a specific industry? No. The Brand Kit isn't tied to one industry. It's built for any small business getting started. Health and wellness is simply the niche we launched with. ### Do you work with early-stage businesses? Yes. The Brand Kit is built exactly for early-stage businesses that need a solid identity, fast and at a fixed price. ## Custom Solutions Scope, timelines, online stores, and redesigns for bespoke projects. ### What's included in a Custom Solution? It depends on scope: from brand + presentation site (standard projects) to full-stack apps with payments, custom CMS, and support (complex projects). You first get a pitch deck with everything that goes into the project. ### How long does a project take? The Brand Kit: 3–5 working days. The website is a separate phase, after the kit, and isn't guaranteed in 3–5 days. It depends on the number of pages, the content, and how fast we get your materials, and we set it per project. Standard custom projects: roughly 4–6 weeks; complex ones: roughly 8–10 weeks. ### Do you build online stores? Yes. We work with Shopify for online stores, plus custom solutions where you need more control or specific functionality. ### Can you redesign or migrate an existing website? Yes. We can redesign or migrate an existing site onto a platform you can manage yourself. We first assess what's worth keeping and what's better rebuilt. ## After launch What you get on delivery, who owns the files, editing content, and support. ### What happens after delivery? You receive the organized files by email. For websites, we send you the domain-connection instructions and the site goes live. Support depends on the option you chose. ### Who owns the final files and website? After full payment, you have the right to use the delivered materials for your business, with no time limit. For websites, we hold the project and you connect your domain; the details are in the terms and conditions. ### Can I edit the content myself after launch? It depends on what you have. For the Brand Kit websites (the €250 presentation page and the €58/month subscription), content changes are done by us and quoted separately, you don't handle them yourself. For custom projects we can include a CMS or a simpler solution (for example WordPress), agreed together, so you can edit your own content.
