## Clarity for companies and candidates

Ascensi needed a digital presence that inspires trust and clearly explains its recruitment and HR consulting services. The old site didn't get across what set it apart, and it didn't guide visitors toward a concrete next step. The challenge was to present an offering with many nuances in a way that's simple and convincing, for companies and candidates alike.

## A unique design, drawn from the logo

We started from the Ascensi logo and pulled a full brand identity out of it: palette, typography, and a coherent visual system. On that base we built a unique design that inspires trust in companies looking for talent and draws in candidates looking for the right job. We delivered it all as a custom solution, with a Sanity CMS the Ascensi team uses to manage jobs and content on its own, with no technical help.

## A dedicated form for candidates

We added a custom form where candidates send their CV and details about themselves, so they can be considered for the open positions at the companies Ascensi works with. Behind it we built a CMS that lets the team publish and manage jobs easily, without depending on us. So the right candidates quickly find the role that fits, and Ascensi gets more relevant applications.

Recruitment and HR consulting are services with many nuances, so we split the offerings onto dedicated pages, with direct language and concrete steps. We designed all the key pages as one unified visual system, from the homepage and services to about, blog, and contact. We went through three rounds of iterations with the Ascensi team until we reached the design they wanted: coherent, professional, and easy to read on any screen.
