The steps below are our framework for custom solutions. Every project is different, so the steps and timing adapt to your needs. Flexible pricing, based on what the project includes, and unlimited rounds until you're happy with the result.

## From first message to kickoff

Before we get into the phases below, we get aligned. The first call is free, and the proposal (pitch deck) comes with no obligation.

- **Discovery call** — ~30 min, free. We talk goals, context and budget.
- **Proposal** — You get a free pitch deck: strategy, scope, and the exact investment.
- **Agreement & kickoff** — We sign, set payment, and start the phases below.

### How long does the whole process take, end to end?

Estimate: a full project (brand + website) takes 6–8 weeks, branding only 3–4 weeks, and web only with an existing identity 4–5 weeks. Times vary with the complexity of the project.

### How do you set the price for a custom project?

After the first conversation and a clear brief, you get a written estimate based on what the project includes. The agreed price stays fixed throughout, no surprise costs. For something fast at a fixed price, there's also the Brand Kit (€149).

### What do you need from me to start?

A short brief and the materials you already have: logo, texts, photos, account access. The rest we build together, step by step. You don't need to come with everything figured out.

### How do you choose between Shopify, WordPress, and custom code?

It depends on what you need: Shopify for shops ready to scale, WordPress when you want to edit easily yourself, custom code for specific features or apps. We recommend the option that fits you, not what's convenient for us.

### Who writes the texts on the site?

We help with messaging and copy, especially the strategy side. You give us the information about the business, we turn it into clear text. If you already have content, we work with what you have.

### I already have a logo and identity. Can we skip branding?

Yes. The process is modular. If you already have a visual identity, we start directly from building the site or app.

### What if I want to change direction mid-project?

We work with unlimited rounds, so refinements are part of the process at no extra cost. If the change is major (something new versus what we agreed), we clearly update the time and price estimate before continuing.

### Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes. We set up a CMS where you edit the texts and images yourself, no code. At the end you also get a short training.

### How does payment work?

The Brand Kit is paid by bank transfer, against the invoice. For Custom Solutions, payment is staged: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or 30/40/30 on larger projects. Everything is invoiced.

### Who owns the files and code at the end?

Yours. You get the design source files and the code. You're not locked into a platform only we control.

### Do I need to be there in person for work sessions?

No. The whole process works remotely. If you're in Bucharest and want to meet at the office for a workshop, we'll do it.

### What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of free support (bug fixes, small adjustments). After that, we offer monthly maintenance packages or new features on request.
