Do you have to have built the site?
No. We take on sites built by someone else too, after an initial assessment so we know what we're working on.
What response time do you have?
We set a clear response time based on the plan. For emergencies (site down) we step in with priority.
What happens if the site goes down?
We monitor uptime and step in as fast as possible. Regular backups let us restore quickly if needed.
Can I make content changes through you too?
Yes. Small changes usually fit in the plan. For larger work, we quote it separately and transparently.
