Brand Kit

You can, but you usually lose weeks or months and dozens of versions that look generic and say nothing about your business. We deliver a complete, coherent identity in a few days, designed by someone with over 13 years of experience and run through a quality-check process, for far less than you'd spend trying on your own.

By email, as an organized folder (Google Drive or an archive), with files grouped by type: logo, colors, social, guide and the rest. We deliver it in both Romanian and English, so you can use it on any channel.

You get 2 revision rounds included. We adjust the logo, colors, fonts and templates until it fits your business. If you want more changes, we add extra rounds on request.

Yes. The logo comes in SVG (vector, editable in any tool) and every deliverable in PNG, JPG and PDF, all yours. Social media templates are editable in Canva, via a copy link.

The kit is built mainly for digital. The only deliverable that's print-ready out of the box is the business card. The rest of the files can be converted and adjusted for print with a designer whenever you need.

The kit is your ready-to-use brand identity. It doesn't include a website (you can add one as an option) and it doesn't cover printing costs at a print shop. Everything else, from logo to social and the guide, is in there.

You order on the site and get the invoice by email, with the bank-transfer details; you pay by transfer, no card. As an individual, the invoice is in your name. As a Romanian company, you give us your VAT ID (CUI) and we issue a fiscal invoice through e-Factura, tax-deductible. For the website subscription, the invoice comes every month and you pay it monthly, again by bank transfer.

Yes. We work with clients anywhere, and since the kit is digital you receive it the same way, by email. For clients outside Romania we issue a standard invoice (e-Factura applies only to Romanian companies).

Yes. You can pick Brand Kit + a presentation page (€149 + €250) or Brand Kit + a website we manage (€149 + €58/month). You'll see them as options when you order. These are simple, landing-page style sites. If you need something more complex, with integrations or a content management system like a blog, we recommend a Custom Solution.

The website subscription (€58/month) is a recurring monthly service: we keep your site online and working, and you pay monthly by bank transfer against the FGO invoice (it isn't an automatic card payment). Maintenance covers fixing breakage; content changes, new images, or extra pages are quoted separately. Cancel anytime, with 30 days' notice.

You can move to a Custom Solution anytime, but it isn't taken off the kit price. It's a separate project. First you book a call with us, on WhatsApp or through the contact form, you tell us what you need, and we send you an evaluation. The price differs from the options included with the kit.
