Product license
What rights you receive over the files and materials delivered in your Brand Kit and design projects.
Last updated: 05.06.2026
1. What you get: ownership of the work
After full payment, the economic copyright in the original elements we create specifically for you, the logo and visual identity, transfers to you. You become their owner: you use them with no time limit, including commercially, and you may modify, adapt, and register them as a trademark, without needing our further permission.
The transfer covers the original work we make for you. It does not cover third-party components (fonts, Canva elements, licensed images), which stay under their providers' own licenses. See section 3.
We retain only the moral right to be recognized as the authors (non-transferable, by law) and the right to feature the work in our portfolio. See section 5.
The files are made to be editable: the SVG logo opens in any vector tool, the social templates are edited in Canva through the link you receive, and the PDF documents open in any reader.
2. What you cannot do
Your brand is yours. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the kit itself or the templates as a standalone product (for example, as a template pack) to third parties. Likewise, third-party components (fonts, Canva elements) can't be redistributed separately, outside their licenses.
3. Fonts and third-party assets
Some deliverables may use fonts or assets (images, icons) under a third-party license. These are governed by the providers' own licenses; we tell you which licenses apply, and complying with them remains your responsibility.
4. Exclusivity
Exclusivity details (e.g. per industry or area) are confirmed in the product description or quote.
5. Portfolio
We reserve the right to feature the completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery format and print
The kit is mostly digital. The only print-ready deliverable is the business card (CMYK, with bleed); the other files are for digital use and can be prepared for print with a designer when needed. We don't hand over the working Figma file: the social templates use third-party Canva components, so you receive the finished files, the editable logo, and the Canva links, not the Figma project.
7. For complex uses
The files are ready to use for everyday, digital use. For complex uses such as advanced customization, print preparation beyond the business card, or building new materials from these, we recommend a graphic designer; that work is beyond what the kit includes. Details: the Disclaimer page.
8. Trademark and availability
You may register the logo and name we create for you as a trademark, after full payment (see section 1). We do not, however, guarantee that a name, logo, or slogan is legally available or registrable as a trademark, free of conflict with someone's earlier rights. Checking availability and, if you wish, actually registering the trademark remain your responsibility (or your industrial-property advisor's), unless we separately agree to that service.
