Return & refund policy

As a general rule, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting as consumers. For business clients (B2B), cancellation terms are those set in the quote or contract.

The Brand Kit is a service. If you expressly ask us to begin within the 14 days, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, that is, once the kit has been fully delivered to you. You confirm this express consent when you place the order. If you change your mind after we've started work but before full delivery, you may still withdraw, but you owe a proportionate amount for the work already done up to that point (see section 4).

For cases where the right of withdrawal does apply (for example, if we have not yet started work on your order), you can withdraw through a clear statement sent to contact@goodglyph.com. You may use the template below, though its exact form is not mandatory:

• If we have not yet started work on your order.
• If you withdraw after we've begun but before full delivery: we keep only the amount proportionate to the work already done and refund the rest.
• If, for a reason on our side, we cannot deliver what we promised.
• In any situation required by law.

For Custom Solutions, cancellation terms and payment milestones are set in the project quote and contract, agreed before work begins.

Write to us at contact@goodglyph.com with your order number. Eligible refunds are made within 14 days at most, by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
