Digital product delivery
How and when you receive your digital products after purchase.

1. Brand Kit
The Brand Kit is delivered electronically within 3–5 working days. The clock starts when you approve the brief, not at payment, and counts working days only (weekends and public holidays don't count). If your materials or feedback are delayed, the timeline extends accordingly.
2. The delivery steps
- Order and invoice: you choose your option and fill in your details; you receive the FGO invoice by email.
- Payment: you pay by bank transfer, to the account shown on the invoice. If you'd rather use a card, we send you a secure payment link (Stripe) for the full amount.
- Confirmation and brief: once we confirm your payment, you receive a short questionnaire about your business (~5–10 minutes). This is where the delivery clock starts.
- Production: 3–5 working days.
- Delivery: you receive an organized folder by email, with files grouped by category.
- Revisions: 2 rounds included.
3. Format, language, and cost
Files are sent by email, as an organized folder (Google Drive or an archive), grouped by category. The kit is delivered in Romanian and English. There are no delivery costs for digital products.
From the kit, only the business card comes print-ready (CMYK, with bleed); the rest of the files are for digital use and can be adapted for print with a designer when needed. We don't hand over the working Figma file: you receive the finished files, the editable logo (SVG), and the social templates editable in Canva.
4. Revisions
Each kit includes 2 rounds of revisions. A round takes around 48 hours on working days, after you send us your consolidated feedback. Additional rounds are available on request, for a fee.
5. Custom solutions
For custom projects, the delivery method and milestones are set in the project quote.
6. Delivery problems
If you have not received your delivery within the stated timeline, write to us at contact@goodglyph.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
7. Website: the presentation page and the subscription
The presentation page (one page) is a one-time service (€250). It stays online with no monthly cost and no maintenance included; any later change (new pages, content edits) is quoted separately. The website is built after the Brand Kit is approved, as a separate phase, and isn't guaranteed in 3–5 working days; the timeline is set per project.
The managed website (€58/month) is a recurring monthly service, invoiced monthly and paid by bank transfer, not an automatic card charge. The subscription includes maintenance for the billed month, meaning keeping the site working and fixing breakage; it does not include content work: new copy, images, and extra pages are quoted separately. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice; there is no minimum term. Development starts after the subscription contract is signed and the first invoice is paid.
You buy and own the domain; we send you the connection instructions. If you stop paying for the domain, the site stops resolving on it and stays on a temporary address. When the subscription ends, we keep our project and the site leaves the managed hosting and maintenance service. If you want it taken down completely, write to us at contact@goodglyph.com.
