This edition of the journal is about the machine behind the blog. It's more about how we work than what we publish: how an idea becomes an article in two languages, and how it reaches people without us scattering it across ten platforms at once.

01.We publish on our own site first

Every article goes up first on our own site, on our own domain. It sounds like a small detail, but it's a decision. The content lives at our house, where we own it completely and where a search engine knows we published it first. It's the same logic we tell clients: don't build your house on rented land. If a platform changes its rules or its prices tomorrow, your work stays yours.

02.Every article, in Romanian and English

We write each guide in both languages. Our audience is split, business owners in Romania who search in Romanian and a wider audience that reads in English, so we give both of them the full version, written for each language and not rushed through a translator.

03.The article is home base, the rest are teasers

The article on the site is the center. Everything we post on LinkedIn or social starts from it and points back to it. We don't paste the same text everywhere. We cut a version that fits each place: a short, personal thought on LinkedIn, the link to the full article for anyone who wants all of it. The idea is one, but each channel gets it in its own shape.

04.What we published this cycle

We wrote two more serious guides, both grown from our own direct experience: why we left Framer and rebuilt our site from scratch, and what actually goes into a serious website, beyond the price. They're longer and more honest than an ordinary blog post, because these topics deserve to be explained properly.

05.What we learned this cycle

The lesson of the cycle: writing once and adapting with care beats scattering the same message across every platform. The first respects your time and your reader. The second fills a calendar without building anything. And one more thing: when you own the place your content lives, everything you do around it works for you.

06.What's next

We're keeping up the more serious guides and turning this way of distributing into a routine we repeat every time. In parallel, we keep preparing the public launch of the Brand Kit. We'll be back with edition #3 when we have the next piece of the story.
