Article intro

For a few editions now we've been saying we're building our site. Now we can say it differently: it's live. The new GOODGLYPH site is online, built on custom code, bilingual, exactly as we promised. From here the work looks different: we move from building it to running and growing it.

01.We launched the new site

We built it the way we'd build for a client: custom code, a CMS we control, bilingual in Romanian and English, with the files and content in our own hands. No more renting a platform. It took longer than an off-the-shelf site, but that was the point: if we tell clients that a good site is thought through, we had to prove it on our own first.

02.Now we're watching its health

A launched site is just the beginning. After moving everything to the new site, we keep a close eye on Google Search Console, the tool that shows how Google sees us: which pages are indexed, whether any errors show up, how visibility moves after the switch. A badly handled migration can cost traffic, so we'd rather catch problems while they're small.

03.We publish almost every day

In parallel, we've raised the pace on the blog: we aim for one article a day. It works because we already have the engine we described last time, write once on our own site, then adapt per channel. The topics are practical, for business owners looking for real answers before they commission a site or a brand.

04.What's next

In the short term, we're launching our social repurposing mechanism: the system that takes one article and turns it into native posts for each channel, so we don't scatter the same text everywhere. Meanwhile, we stay focused on our existing clients and on a few longer-term collaborations taking shape. We'll be back with edition #4 when we have the next piece of the story.

If you want to see how a studio gets built, and now how it gets run, for real, you're in the right place. You'll find us on LinkedIn too, where we post along the way.
