Content

1.All copy is free of typos and grammar issues. Read it out loud once more.
2.The "About" page says who you are, what you do, and for whom in the first 3 sentences.
3.Every page has a unique, descriptive H1 (not a generic "Home").
4.No placeholder text left on any page ("Lorem ipsum," "text here," "TODO").
5.Contact details, phone, email, address, are verified and correct.

Design and brand

6.The logo appears clearly in the header on every page.
7.The color palette is consistent across the site.
8.Fonts load correctly, with no unexpected fallback to Arial or Times.
9.Spacing (padding, margin) is consistent between similar sections.
10.All icons share one style: all outline or all filled, no mix.

Images

11.Every image has descriptive alternative text (alt).
12.Photos are optimized: under 300KB each, WebP or AVIF format where possible.
13.No broken images or invalid URLs (404).
14.Product or service photos have consistent style and background.

Basic SEO

15.Every page has a unique Title, under 60 characters.
16.Every page has a Meta Description, under 160 characters.
17.URLs are short, free of diacritics, free of stop words ("the," "and," "of").
18.Sitemap.xml is generated and accessible at /sitemap.xml.
19.Robots.txt exists and doesn't accidentally block important pages.

Performance

20.The site loads in under 3 seconds on 4G. Check it on pagespeed.web.dev.
21.PageSpeed score on mobile is above 70.
22.CSS and JS are minified in production.
23.Lazy loading enabled for images below the first fold.

Mobile and responsive

24.The site looks good at three sizes: 375px (iPhone), 768px (tablet), 1280px (desktop).
25.Buttons and links are at least 44×44px, the minimum accessible tap size.
26.Body text is at least 16px on mobile.
27.The mobile menu opens, closes, and navigates correctly to every page.

Functionality

28.Every internal link points to a real page. Zero 404s.
29.External links have target="_blank" and rel="noopener".
30.Forms submit correctly. Test them yourself. You receive the email. A confirmation message appears.
31.Form validation blocks empty or invalid submissions.

47.Every form field has an explicit <label>, not just a placeholder. Screen readers read the label, not the placeholder.
48.Heading hierarchy is logical: H1 → H2 → H3, with no jumps (H1 → H3) just for styling reasons.
49.Animations don't loop indefinitely and respect prefers-reduced-motion. Users who have "reduce motion" set in their OS don't get animations that might bother them.

Before and after go-live

50.Full backup of the current version, before pushing live.
51.DNS modified with TTL reduced to 5 minutes, 24 hours before the change. Faster propagation.
52.In the first week after launch: check analytics, monitor 404s, ask the first visitors for feedback.
